2. Product Nature & Specification Acknowledgment
TORIO specializes in 3mm slim anti-slip printed floor mats and décor products.
We clearly state:
• TORIO does NOT sell tufted rugs
• TORIO does NOT sell thick pile carpets
• TORIO does NOT sell plush, fluffy or heavy sponge rugs
By placing an order, you acknowledge:
• You have reviewed the product thickness (approx. 3mm)
• You understand the product is slim-profile
• You accept the construction and material as described
Claims based on incorrect assumptions about thickness or carpet-like feel will not be entertained.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in INR unless otherwise specified.
We reserve the right to:
• Modify prices at any time
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors
• Limit quantities per customer
Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders
• Cancel duplicate or fraudulent orders
• Refuse service due to past policy misuse
Orders may only be cancelled within the allowed cancellation window as stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery timelines are approximate and subject to courier operations.
TORIO is not liable for:
• Courier delays
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect address provided by customer
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.
6. Unboxing Video Requirement
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or incorrect product claim.
If a proper unboxing video is not provided:
• TORIO shall not be liable for transit damage
• Replacement requests may be denied
• Claims may be rejected
This requirement is non-negotiable.
7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
All returns and refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Replacement Policy.
We reserve the sole right to:
• Approve or deny claims
• Request additional verification
• Refuse suspicious or fraudulent claims
All internal review decisions are final.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including:
• Product images
• Designs
• Graphics
• Logos
• Text
• Branding
are the intellectual property of TORIO® and TurtleWings.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or commercial usage is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability

• TORIO shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Liability shall not exceed the purchase value of the product
• We are not responsible for misuse of products
10. Fraud & Policy Abuse

• Block users engaging in repeated return misuse
• Refuse COD access
• Take necessary legal action in fraud cases
11. Accuracy of Information
We strive to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate.
However:
• Slight color variation may occur due to screen settings
• Minor size variations (±1–2 cm) may occur
• Packaging may vary
Such variations do not qualify for refund.
