1. Order Processing Time
• Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
• Custom, bulk, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
Processing time refers to preparation and packaging, not delivery time.
2. Standard Delivery Timeline
After dispatch:
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• Remote locations may take longer
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
Delivery may be affected by:
• Courier operational issues
• Weather disruptions
• Public holidays
• Regional restrictions
• Force majeure events
Once dispatched, TORIO is not liable for delays caused by courier partners.
3. Express Shipping Disclaimer
We may offer express or priority shipping options where available.
⚠️ Important:
• Express shipping refers only to faster dispatch or priority courier routing.
• We do NOT guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.
• Delivery timelines are subject to third-party courier operations.
• Express shipments may still be delayed due to operational, logistical, or external factors.
TORIO shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience caused due to delayed delivery of express shipments, as we rely entirely on third-party courier services.
No compensation will be provided for courier delays, including express shipments.
4. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• COD handling or convenience charges are non-refundable
5. Order Tracking
After dispatch:
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if available)
• Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status
If tracking is not received within 3 business days, please contact us.
6. Incorrect Address & Contact Details
Customers must provide accurate:
• Full address
• PIN code
• Contact number
TORIO is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete details.
If an order is returned due to incorrect information:
• Re-shipping charges will apply
• Refunds (if approved) will exclude shipping costs
7. Delivery Attempts & Refusal (RTO Policy)
Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times.
If a customer:
• Refuses delivery
• Is unavailable
• Provides incorrect information
• Does not respond to courier calls
The order may be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
Repeated RTO behavior may result in:
• COD restrictions
• Prepaid-only order requirement
• Order cancellation
• Account blocking
8. Damaged Shipment Procedure
If the package appears damaged upon delivery:
• Record a complete unboxing video
• Capture clear images
• Report within 48 hours
Without proper unboxing video proof, damage claims may be rejected as per our Refund Policy.
9. International Shipping (If Applicable)
For international orders:
• Delivery timelines vary by country
• Customs clearance may cause delays
• Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are customer responsibility
TORIO is not liable for customs delays or additional import charges.
10. Risk of Loss
Risk transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier.
We ensure proper packaging before dispatch.
11. Peak Season & High-Volume Periods
During festive seasons, sales, or high-demand periods:
• Processing times may increase
• Delivery timelines may extend
